3rd: MS Sasuke wins this handily, Mid at most. Sasuke was quick with Enton alone and his speed was very impressive against V1 Bee and Ae. Gaara was unable to do anything to Sasuke, even when backed by three Jounins. Genjutsu also remains a viable option.

4th: Put under Genjutsu and the lag time for recovery is exploited as it took Bee several seconds to break free. Sasuke has no tech that would cause him to suffer as in MS. Enton projectiles work excellently against his pitiful Sand Shurikens or bullets.

Sand has shown to be stopped in its tracks when hit with Enton. If it's not too massive, Sasuke can do so by Spreading Amaterasu around. Massive use of "gaze chase Amaterasu" creates the Thunder Clouds in no time, giving Kirin to Sasuke. Any Sand area, along with Gaara's so-called defenses would be crushed. Not to mention PS that has wings and gives Sasuke flight to use all this from above.

Doesn't matter. Enton sapped the chakra and stopped the sands in its tracks. And that is just a measly usage of it. EMS Sasuke can put out far larger quantity of Enton in a single Magatama barrage alone.

Now look at the green. The sand never left Gaara. He was using it defensively in front of all 3 sand siblings.

I personally think that Sasuke would win. He has shown much prowess in all of his fights and has grown over the years, only getting stronger and stronger. Gaara has gotten stronger as well, but Sasuke just seems to have so many advantages and his Susanoo is very powerful. Gaara's sand coffin has already shown that it can be broken or gotten around easily to characters like Naruto and Sasuke. This is all just my personal opinion, I don't know everything about Naruto so I can't say for sure.
