oonoki, because not only has gaara's sand never taken an attack as concentrated and as huge as dust release, but how exactly would gaara kill oonoki? Lets say gaara gets his sand wrapped around oonoki, oonoki just makes the sand heavier, and the sand becomes too heavy for gaara to move.
And this is considering the battle takes place in a desert.

Onoki was able to lighten the entire sand around the battlefield so Gaara could lift it easier.
He could do the exact opposite and make it extremely heavy to the point that even Gaara has trouble using it.
Garra wins if oonoki makes the sand heavier garra will just make more that aint heavy and well once garra use sand funeral no matter if is make it to heavy or light ill still cruch it sand does have to do with speed or strengh but with pressure so he will just send him underground
