There are several ways Obito could win this.

1. Genjutsu
2. Teleportation
3. Izanagi

What even makes this fight worse is the fact that its Manga intel making it brutal since from what I recall, Gaara doesn't have intel on his abilities...correct? Assuming he knew, Obito still has several tricks he can use. If Gaara tries to do what Konan did, then Obito easily counters by going underground and then coming out from a different place. Gaara's sand can sense but is Gaara going to carry out an attack right before Obito comes out and teleports to him? Especially if the distance is much further than anticipated. Obito can also Uchiha formation and trap Gaara leaving him open for a surprise warp right from the getgo with this intel.

Actually now that I think about it, Gaara would probably win given the 5 minute time limit on Kamui. A consistent sand drizzle/hail would force Obito to maintain it for the entire 5 minute limit since deactivating it would make the sand build up on him quickly and allow Gaara to crush a part of his body. His sand clone is a perfect counter for Kamui seeing how Obito needs to remain materialised while he's warping away the clone, giving Gaara plenty of time to crush a bone, or fire powerful

I'm going to guess that Gaara transformed into sand here [

] or merged with it somehow. Same thing happens here once Obito starts warping the clone. Either way, the clone strategy would work seeing how the real Gaara is practically invulnerable to being touched due to the workings of his sand. Or, once the 5 minutes is up Obito dies, unless Izanagi is unrestricted.
