Gaara is capable of marginally reacting the first FTG assault, but he gets pasted when Minato follows it up immediately with another FTG Rasengan.

Not to mention Minato can use FCD to force Gaara to make a massive defensive manuever that likely ends in him getting pasted.

S1. Minato wins because of Gamabunta Toad Oil Bullet really puts Gaara's sand in a messy situation

If he Gaara loses S1, S2, is also lost as Minato loses nothing but gains abilities and chakra.

Gaara's sand reacts faster that Killer B, don't you think? So it should be able to block off Minato. Even if it does not react, the sand armor will take care of things.

Yes, Lee was a genin but he was using justu above Genin level, you can check the damage he did to the environment by just running, imagine how much damage he could do by actually giving it all the strength he has. By the way I don't see Minato's rasengan doing that kind of damage.
