If Minato places an FTG seal on the sand Gaara uses, Gaara's arsenal has literally just turned into a massive FTG marking for Minato to use. The seal never disappears, so the sand dispersing will only spread the chakra of the seal around.

Teleporting to sand Gaara controls is literally the dumbest thing he can do

"Moving in for an attack is the dumbest thing Minato can do"

What idiocy, lol.

Gaara nor Gaara's sand is reacting to an FTG blitz with Rasengan to the back of the head. As soon as Minato gets the Rasengan off, he FTGs out of there.

Not to mention he could always just drop FCD so Gaara has to use all his sand to carry it, leaving him wide open for an FTG blitz.

Ya know what's the dumbest thing Minato could actually do here?

Dance around never attacking like for some reason you think he will.

By portrayal minato is superior. I don't know the extent of gaara's automatic defensive sand. But i doubt that can react to ftg blitz if marked. So minato's only problem is tagging gaara. It's tough battle for him though. Gaara is long range fighter while minato is complete opposite. With toad oil he will probably win.

Wtf makes zero sense. Gaara sand has not solid shape so he just drops off the sand that is marked simple as that.

Gaara, Stomps.

Gaara takes flight.

Sand drags any kunai underground or barries the marking.

Sand tsunami's and overall sand Attacks overwhelm Minato and eventually catches him

Minato wins fairly easily. Boss summonings and space time barrier would devastate Gaara, a single marking placed on a paper tag or kunai invading Gaara's sand shield the same way Deidara did ends the fight.

That means he'd just warp right into the sand.

Though I suppose that's not a bad idea given that Minato can use an FTG barrier to warp the sand to another location, leaving Gaara defenseless as he has very little sand to use.

Minato rapes in S2, and might win in S1.

Gaara's attacks will never catch Minato. Joki Boy can evade his basic sand manipulation and Deidara is capable of evading Jin Gaara's desert sand attacks as I've recently learned, and Minato is faster than Deidara regardless of Deidara's flight and regardless of him being on foot or using teleportation. Big attacks like Sand Tsunami can even be redirected via S/T Barrier if he absolutely needs to. The only issue is actually getting to Gaara and managing to land a hit. If he can maneuver around the sand and get close enough to get a Kunai near Gaara's location even if just for a split second he'll be able to teleport and kill him with a Rasengan. Gamabunta can even help him when it comes to getting close. Or maybe he can even manage what Deidara did and mix Kunai with the sand he controls so he can teleport straight to him.

And yeah, Kurama Mode Minato>>>Shukaku Mode Gaara so no need to explain why Minato shits in that match up.

bro what if Gaara attempts to sink minato's kunais or throws them far away as the fight goes on

Which does nothing because Minato can just toss more. Not to mention he wastes chakra creating sand on the ground every time he wants to get rid of a marking since this isn't a desert. And Minato can mark the environment too so this isn't a good strategy.
