Gaara has the ability to sense through his sand, he easily locates the FTG kunai's on the sand. As I said before, he can do it individually while he's attacking Minato, there is no way in hell someone who cannot sense decently has the ability to discern Gaara's sand crushing FTG kunai's 1 by 1. Sand Drizzle makes this even harder, since Minato won't realise that Gaara is intending to destroy the FTG kunai's with it, but rather assume it as a distraction (since it can restrict Minato's body if he doesn't Hirashin away). And no, he cannot. Minato has never shown the ability to let his chakra seep through objects, nor is their any hypothetical reason to believe it can overpower Gaara's own chakra.
How wouldn't Minato discern his FTG Kunai's being crushed...? He has to be able to somehow know which location every one of his Kunai's are, as well as which one he wants to teleport to. Otherwise, you'd be telling me he guesses each time he uses FTG. He clearly can discern where every one them are at, thus should know if one get's crushed. Minato possesses the ability to transfer chakra [

]. And no, it doesn't involve seals because Kurama stated that Naruto, who doesn't use seals, was using the same method as Minato used while transfering chakra [

]. So, again, I don't see why Minato can't simply transfer chakra into some of the desert sand in order to utilize his FTG. Gaara can still sense him, and Gaara can still utilise the 3rd eye for vision, so he still does have perfect understanding of what is transpiring. Since when can Minato sense in that way? Last I checked he could only sense Kyuubi's chakra, which the whole of Team Taka could without being sensors, and sense how many enemies there were by putting his finger on the ground. Don't see how that will allow him to sense someone airborne. So no, he isn't doing anything of the sort. low-Jounin level shinobi have reacted to its execution, Gaara does so easily [You must be registered for see links]. The shunshin argument is not benefiting you. If Minato attempts to Shunshin out of the Tsunami wave, all the FTG kunai's will be crushed, and Minato can do nothing about that, especially since Sand Drizzle is occurring. If it ends up catching Minato after his shunshin is halted, he'll have no where to teleport to since all the FTG kunai's are right beside him.
Yeah, if we assume that Gaara will spread his sensory sand around the whole terrain beforehand; even so, he wouldn't know what Minato is doing since he can't sense the seals or chakra build up. Gaara has never used his 3rd eye in tandem with a sand tsunami, and has no real reason as why he would act out of the norm and do so here.
Minato can sense...

I don't see any jounin reacting to food cart destroyer in that scan.. but regardless, this'll instantly teleport Minato around Gaara's vicinity. Even if it doesn't hit Gaara (still don't see why it wouldn't) it'll allow Minato to strike him and put him down for the count with various means. The shunshin argument is insignificant at this point. You forgot to address the S/T barrier though.
