Kazekage Gaara couldn't react to lee? I didn't know they fought each other in shippuden. And I didn't know Minato could fly, or Gaara couldn't just shed the part that was tag no diff. Please, tell me more..

Chunin exams Gaara's sand couldn't keep up with Rock Lee. No matter how much Gaara has improved his sand's speed, Minato's speed is instant. He's not keeping up with Minato. Gaara is not even going to know he's tagged. Why would he have intel, when his own student Obito didn't know he had been tagged. Please, tell me more on now Gaara will know he was tagged?

Minato crushes him his speed could easily evade the sand. He also has Gamabunta who can spray oil rendering the sand useless. Even with sand armor I say one good old fashioned Rasengan ends this.

Intel was referring to them both having full intel.

Minato's speed isn't instantaneous, only his Hirashin is. But his base speed is not faster than 5th gate rock lee.

Minato has no solution for a airborn gaara other than gamabunta. His kunai will be buried because of gaara's sand sensing.
Gamabunta will be more on the defense trying to avoid getting his arms and legs crushed since by the time he arrives gaara would cover the field in sand.

Don't underestimate gaara. In the OP it states gaara has FULL intel on minato, which means he knows about the toads.
