Minato might place a seal on Gaara, but due to Gaara's Suna no Yoroi, he can
just shed of the sand Minato placed a seal on. Quicksand waterfall flow can
overwhelm all the kunai's Minato placed around the battlefield, tell me how can
Minato grab Kunai's which are under a thick layer of sand ?

Gaara wins mid-difference if Toad Oil is included and low difference if it isn't. Minato has to throw his Kunais first to use FTG, those can be easily taken care off with Sand Tsunami. His lame-ass isn't teleporting anywhere other than his mom's basement. But that would be automatic forfeiting. The barrier would also be useless as Gaara would just keep on reusing the sand in the area. Minato has mediocre reserves at most, he isn't outlasting Gaara.
