Gaara vs Minato

It's hard to say. If gaara gets Mintao's FTG kunais, then he has a chance. Otherwise, Minato definitely has the speed advantage. Even at base level, Gaara is not touching him. His hail and coffin could be a bit problematic, but, Minato's speed should suffice. He can use this to bridge the gap and try and hit him with Rasangan. His toad summons also add a major advantage, but they can be taken on by Gaara with his massive Tsunami attack. It can go either way, but I am leaning more towards Minato.
