Gaara vs Kisame.

Gaara can create a desert and Kisame can create a lake. Who'd win? Imma go with Kisame. I'm not sure but water hardens sand am I right? or sand absorbs water?

Give me a location and a starting distance. I go with Kisame because if he fuses with samehada and creates a lake. Gaara will be being drowned and will have a tough time manoeuvring in the lake. Unlike many people say, Gaara can still use sand even if it is wet but it would become heavier and less useful.

This way Gaara can still put up a fight but he will get drowned. Also Kisame will suck Gaara's chakra, so the longer the battle goes, the more chance Kisame has to secure victory. Also samehada can weaken the special sand that Gaara keeps in his sand gourd by absorbing the chakra out of it making it into regular sand. Regular sand is not as durable as Gaara's special sand so Gaara's chances of victory are very slim to none.

Also Kisame is very fast when fused with samehada and has sensing abilities so getting sand coffined is not going to be easy.

Kisame takes this mid difficulty.

he's kinda of a specialist on fighting Bijuu host lol and he give bee so much trouble and almost took him down. I aware Bee didn't go full BM but still he did went level 2.

Gaara can't go BM anymore due to not really a host, and Kisame kinda of have advantage over his sand.

This is one of my favorite 1v1s, It could go either way because as it is now widely known, water doesn't affect Gaara's control over his sand. The best way to make this fair is to set it in a location with neither sand nor water to begin with, leaving it entirely up to the two of them to manifest as much of their element as they can.

I support Gaara here, both are Upper-kage level shinobi with enourmas chakra reserves, both "Tail-less beasts" if you will (I'm mother****ing clever guys.) and both have the effetive kill-moves needed to defeat each other.

Gaara wins,even if kisame traps him in a water dome,he can use sand hail/sand tsunami to mix in with the sand and kisame wont have a choice but to dissipate the water dome as he cant breathe anymore and gaara can control the sand inside the waterdome to attack him,kisame isnt that fast without fusing,the only chakra he can absorb is gourd sand but even then it becomes natural sand again and gaara can still manipulate it,his sand attacks are immensly quick and he can create a dessert in notime now,his sand can absorb all of kisame's water attacks while he simply uses another sand to attack while making even more sand,current gaara is too much for kisame.
