You should base the mechanics of a jutsu on it's jutsu description, not it's name. The jutsu hardens his skins, and greatly increases durability. It doesn't turn it into diamond or give it literal diamond properties - that's fan fiction my boy.

Tsunade was only able to use her arms because of how the sword was positioned in the ground, in the air she was able to maneuver it to slam into Manda. Then right after she grabs Orochimaru's tongue and drags him.

And this is someone Kakuzu implies he knows well in the manga. Why would he suggest he is immune to physical attacks knowing Kin/Gin strength levels of v2? Because he is, as the manga and databook imply.

He can't tank them in base.. After Naruto destroyed the Raiton armor, Raikage had visible scratches on his skin. Meaning he was damaged a bit.
Tsunade doesn't have a hard skin, and despite that she didn't receive any serious wounds. But i'm already aware of them being more durable than Tsunade as far as the toughness of their skin goes. Yes a kunai will Stab tsunade, Heavenly transfer technique will not stab tsunade.. similarly a Kunai will make the Raikage bleed.
Wind Cast net did minor damage to the Raikage and Temari knew it was nothing, whereas FRS did much more damage to the point where Temari thought he was ready to be sealed. All this means is that Raikage's durability is enhanced when he has Raiton armour. Not evidence that he can't tank a kunai in base.
Oh they cut him pretty serious alright, the dude would've been bleeding were it his actual body. Only issue was that hes an edo tensei, so all his cuts simply regenerate.

You said they have 100% of Kyuubi's chakra. They don't have the actual source of the chakra like Naruto does. Are you implying that the chakra that they have from kyuubi is greater than the chakra Naruto had from kyuubi? And Naruto's feats in V2 is far above what Kinkaku demonstrated.

They do however, have a more potent version of Kurama's chakra. It's implicative that Gin/Kin's feats would be greater given his chakra is more potent. That's not how it works bro. He was pretty much living inside it anyways. When he activates his v2 he is literally a pseudo 9 tails jinchuriki, in exception of the fact that he has much less chakra. However, his chakra is 100% Kurama's, so it's more potent. Period. The quantity is completely irrelevant from the quality. It's implicative as I said, Kin only had like 6 panels in the manga anyways.
