IMO kakazu (or most taijutsu users) cannot harm gaara but i dont know if gaara can break doton domu (it makes him as had as diamond).

gaara would probably end up having to use his sand to destroy kakazu from the inside out. kakazu is strong but if gaara takes flight then he's going to have a very hard time beating gaara.
