Not necessarily considering Naruto doesn't work that way. In Naruto it's all about match ups.

I edited my post to further explain. Basically you can never say that someone will always win but if I had to say which one has the better chances and is more likely, then for both I would say Gaara.

Gaara is now in a different league to those two and even though I like them very much, he'd paste them both 8/10.

Yes they are. But it isn't just about that. Guy is a Taijutsu specialist which makes him one of the worse matches for Gaara. Kakashi is great but his main advantage is that he is very smart, sadly so is Gaara. Which means in a battle of brain they may draw, but Gaara has a tonne more chakra.

Gaara is also different to a lot of Kage and is considered quite special for many reasons. He is a lvl above most Kage.

Gaara is also young but still was chosen to be Kazekage, Commander General of the Shinobi joint Forces and General of Division 4. That along with being revered as the Golden Duckling among the Kage, makes him a lot more than just a Kage.

Thanks Better but I still think that nothing is totally impossible though. So while I say that Guy & Kakashi's chances are super low, they are still existent, I just wouldn't bet on em.

I mean, to assume you know how good it is you must have seen it. 8Gates,said to make the user more powerful than the Hokage. Well, I rate Gaara higher than Tsunade. But that's my opinion.

when kakashi said that in part one " the 8th gate makes you stronger than the hokage"the hokage at the time was the 3rd and he was said to be the strongest and i dont gaara can handle the 3rd hokage so if guy goes 8th he would have a sure win
