Well full intel is kind of gay but... Its simple really if Deidara pushes gaara into his ultimate defense mode all he needs to do is avoid the sand even for a little (Which he has shown to do) and can do here as its not even in a desert so if Gaara takes to the air he can't gather more sand. Encase the circular sand sphere with C4 and then detonate. Gaara stands no chance

Without the burden of having to protect his village and in a location suitable for breaking down minerals into sand Gaara should win with medium difficulty. C3 isn't a factor, and neither is C4 against Gaara's suspension flight and suna sensing. Sand dome shields Gaara from C1 and C2 with ease. Full intel just guarantees that Gaara won't attack Deidara with gourd sand; he'll just close him down with a giant sand dome and crush him.

How is he going to do that when he's already encased in sand dome? He can't fly around in a sphere of sand. Deidara's already exploited this he'll do it again. C2 forces him into his defense then Deidara blitzes and places the C4. Or sends a clone as a diversion and places it.

Sensing won't help him the bombs would already be completely around him. If he ever gets in that bubble he's dead no question about it.

Bro do you realize what i'm saying? How the C4 was shaped rounded imagine that over the dome that Gaara uses to defend himself...Even if he did sense it he'd already be trapped inside with the bombs like Sasuke was

...Deidara needs to get close to Gaara to utilize C4 in that manner, and Gaara can just easily fly away. If he's in a sand dome his sensor sand will notice Deidara flying towards him, meaning that he'll retaliate by attacking or flying away before Deidara gets close to him.

First of all its long been established that not all his sand can sensor and if it can its through touch alone. Second he can't fly in the dome....

So yes Deidara can blitz and cover that defense with his own C4
