Seeing as how Garra has trouble when it comes to fast shinobi ex: Lee in part 1 I will give this match to Raikage.

Are you really comparing Chuunin Exam Gaara to Current Gaara? The same one that now has sand tsunamis, sand clouds, sensor sand, sand pyramids, sand prisons, etc. Speed isn't a problem anymore now that he has long ranged versatile sand that can cover the whole battlefield while he stays up in the air on his cloud.

Ok, I know you're taking it a bit hard so I'll make it easy:
Gaara < Deidara
Deidara < Base Sasuke (Part II no MS)
Base Sasuke (Part II no MS) < Sasuke MS
Sasuke MS = A (or maybe Sasuke MS < A)

So that's why we get:
Gaara < A (actually Gaara <<< A)


And since you won't get it: A's speed is too much for Gaara's sand, thus his defense means nothing while fighting with A. So A owns Gaara in a very fast fight.

You can't really rely on ABC logic in a manga like Naruto. You could probably do that with most Bleach and all DBZ fights though. And a big reason you can't is because each character has a different move set and techniques that can counter or catch another person off guard.

It's like saying this:

Sage Mode Naruto defeated Pein.
So Sage Mode Naruto > Pein.
Naruto said that he wasn't currently strong enough to defeat Sasuke, right after Sasuke fought Danzo.
So Ms Sasuke > Sage Mode Naruto>Pein
So MS Sasuke >> Pein.

A prime example of why you can't rely on that as proof. Pein would defeat Ms Sasuke easily.

As for the original topic here. . . I'd agree that A wins primarily due to his speed and the lack of destructive moves that Gaara has. Gaara would give him a hard time, and it would probably end similarly to his fight with Kimimaro in part one. A having been thrown around a few times, and Gaara nearly out of chakra. In the end A would win with a mid-high difficulty.

But you're not listening: SM Naruto < Pein,the only reasons Naruto won are:
1. Naruto popped up exactly after Pein used his Shinra tensei (or something else, forgot the name, where he destroyed the village)
2. Pein didn't fight with his last body. He could kill Naruto with the same Jutsu he used against Hanzu, and Naruto'd been toast.

Nope, so you haven't read what I said. I explained how A beats any other (current/living) Kage. The only one he might have had problems with is Danzo, but still - Danzo's dead, so A's the strongest Kage.
