Gaara vs 2nd Mizukage rematch

Mindset- To kill, Mizukage will fight his best and not yell out weaknesses or troll
Knowledge - None
Restrictions - None
Conditions - Gaara has no gold sand, oonoki or that sensor guy's help. He is alone
Mizukage is non edo
Distance - 20 metres

I think Mizukage high difficulty. Gaara has difficulty stopping jokki boy and needs to work out mizu's genjutsu on his own. He's also going to have to kill the clam on his own and won't have any fodders around to draw any fire.

Mizukage isnt an edo,that means gaara wont have to just capture hin and let the oil seep through,he can crush him instantly,the mizukage isnt like suigetsu,his oil seeps through slowly until the sand breaks down and then he breaks through gaara's sand hold.

Since there is no one else,gaara wont have to protect anyone and waste chakra,clam genjutsu will eventually be figured out by gaara after the mizukage summons the clam and the mirages begins to appear,it will still be found by sand sensing,and a sand clone can take onoki's place and destroy the clam.

Joki boy is tough,but after it explodes,gaara will block it and will see the hail forming and see it cooling down and reforming again,he can gather minerals from the ground to strenghten his defence easily,as seen with shield of shukaku when he was 13,since it is the same area,then gold sand is rich here and gaara can still dig it out,he can foll the mizukage with a sand clone like he did last time and capture joki boy. Or he could kill the mizukage who would be too weak to do anything at that time. Also remember that the mizukage was an edo,which was why he could use his hydrification tech consecutively and easily.

The mizukage also has nothing to hit gaara with,he surely isnt fast enough to hit gaara,as he was caught with a single hand gesture from gaara along the other kages. Also what will he do with a sand tsunami?he can't faze through all that sand can he?. He will be tough,but he lacks anything to actually hurt gaara with. In their fight,it was basically him using his oil to seep through gaara's sand when gaara captures him,gaara could also bury him as well.

Overall i say gaara high diff.

i dont think gaara could have figured out the clam trick without mizukage telling hiim and he couldnt figure out steam tyranny without onoki. keep in mind gaara threw around all that amount of sand probably because he had some prep time to grind it up. like anyone facing the clam he wont know what the hell is going on when mizu keeps phasing past attacks.

he doesnt have much time. his sand will quickly be useless and then he will be sniped by explosions or water gun
