I shall be skipping to part 1.
Let's face it, Gaara is the most underrated character so far. Gaara has achieved a lot and has done a lot.
1) Gaara is Kazekage.
2) He put on hell of a sick ass fight against Deidera and still protected the whole village by sacrificing victory.
3) He endured the Kage's snarky (Ask Dane Cook what it means) attitudes and disrespect to his young age by shunting him to the side.
4) Changed the way Tsuchikage thinks by Talk-No-Jutsu
5) Saved Raikage a leg and Sasuke a life.
6) He scolded Naruto and allowed him to think more clearly and be more determined and wise about his decisions.
7) Gaara becomes the commander of the Shinobi Alliance:
8) He calms the water between the fueling between villages and allows amends and cooperation between all villages and loyalty.
9) Defeats his father.
10) Defeats and seals various Kage with aid of others
11) Drags Madara out of the sand and does a combo with Naruto in the tension of facing Madara.
Now, it can be hard to say Gaara is not underrated as he is one of the Rookie 11 that achieved the most out of all of them. He has a clear mind know how to analyse a situation and knows how to control his emotions when decisions need to be made.
