Onoki and A first got out the way. The Kages saw it coming, Mei was on the ground injured, Tsunade was healing her. She warned Gaara to get them out of there,Why? Because he was the only one of them who could fly. If Tsunade could fly she would've flew off herself. This still doesn't prove Gaara sand is on par with A's speed.

Didn't say he was on par with Ay speed I agre with everything u just said except for the fact tht u think Tsunade had to make him do it when it the thing u just posted clearly shows gaara saying ok I kno tht showing clearly he was already prepared to propel himself in air

The only reason onooki gave him inhancement was because of the fact tht gaara prior just fought second misukage his dad and mu he was fatigued from fighting all 3 Kage back to back then fighting madara

Gaara was fighting all 5 Susanno at once and was doing good until he decided to save his (useless) partner Mei from being butchered by her 5 Susannos so he sent half of his defense to aid her and started attacking her Susannos with it in tht split second all 5 of the Susannos attacked at once when gaara wasn't even looking his half of automatic sand shield defended him did he get sent flying sure but was he cut or hurt no ... So ur point ?

Th chidori thing never went through gaara sand easily it grinded it's way through it everybody was at silence watching to see if It could go all the way through

Also once again gaara at the time didn't believe anything can go through the sand ball so he chose not to defend it tht was mistake of him
If he chose to defend it like in the battle against deidara then no sasuke would've not been able to get through or if he did he would've been more exhausted then he already was

How does the fact that he fought ppl prior to that make his sand slower? You sound really desperate.

He wasnt doing good, Ay and Tsunade were doing good, Gaara was getting destroyed. it doesnt make any difference, the sand tried to protect him where the sword landed but it wasnt strong enough to protect him.

Jutsu tire out ur chakra reserves and stamina

Ppl think its the same thing it isn't

Chakra reserves is the stuff in ur body to create Jutsu think of it as a tank once it empty ur out

Stamina is how long u can go in a fight


This is why itachi while he has a lot of OP abilities can't fight for long cuz he has both shitty chakra reserves and stamina

thats why i said well gaara doesn't weave alot of hardsigns his sand is kinda his mom but when he was basically forced into physical combat he wouldnt manage it which is why i say his stamina lies in his usual fight approach

1) gaara vs A.

A dosent start in raiton armur,he starts in base,so blitzing in the first second isnt a problem.

there was no sand when that bomb blew up,but ther was sand theee the next panel,that proves that he can block spilt second attacks,like A's shushin.

He knows hpw fast A is,A isnt ramming through his sand at all,a susnanoo sword,nor 5 could kill hm when his back was turned,so the force of A's mpact woild do nothing.

Gaara can take flight and then the fight is over,gaara has already blocked a v2 strile from A,in which je also blocked an enton spike from below from sasuke at the same time with just a little sand stream and neither touched the other at all,A dosent posses enough force to breach his defence.

Speed being a weakness for gaara is based on part 1 versions,which hold no water anymore,as blcoking explosions the nstant they explode,reacting to a forest,and reacting to rising spikes of bones when he was 13 proves that speed is no longer a problem. A dodges what he sees,gaara atacks from all angles,and can do this

2) gaara vs onoki:

onoki's old age and fighting style will be his downfall,he is required to stay still and take a few seca tp prepare the jinton.gaara would be on his tail through out the fight,gaara also said he was faster than onoki when flying. Onoki's rock golems would onl allow gaara to make more sand from them,thus simultaneusly incresing his sand range while decreasing onoki's,his chakra is also ,much higher than onoki's and thus can go far longer.

Gaara vs tsunade:
a taijutsu fighter of decent speed wont get close to gaara,not much is needed to be said.a sand burial or prison sand burial ends the fight

gaara vs mei:
mei has no good defene,acid nor larva are hurting gaara who can fly over them,sand offin or sand hail kills her
