Gaara and Shukaku. Hachibi hasn't shown to be durable against piercing attacks as shown its tails got cut by Chidori and Shurikens. Gaara can perform the same technique he used on Madara particularly at Bee's tails, and the sand will immobilize him. Then Shukau proceeds to fire TBB transforming Bee back to his human state, then Gaara can either seal him or bury him.
