I think KidGamer is overzealous here.


I personally believe this would be a better match-up if Gaara was a perfect Jinchuuriki. No matter, though I believe this goes to hashirama it is in no way a stomp. Gaara has shown his jinchuuriki feats throughout this war without being a jinchuriki, this will actually take some difficulty from hashirama to put gaara down as hashirama cant fly, and sand would slide easily throught his trees.

If anything Hashirama takes this with Mid - High Difficulty.

Sand sliding on his trees is irrelevant since when it comes time to make a defense, the defense will be made and Gaara's Sand attacks will be blocked. Only the widespread sand attacks are an issue, his basic manipulation is countered by Mokuton or its outright evaded. His Sand Shields get fodderized by Jukai Kotan, as Magatama tore through one of his shields.

Its not mid-high diff. Its low diff, or low-mid diff at the very highest.

Distracted? More like they had no idea Madara was coming from them nor could they tell where he was coming from until it was too late. Hashirama uses Flower Tree World, Gaara tries to levitate above it, but Hashirama pulls a Madara and uses Full Kurama sized Mokuton Hands, Mokuryu or Mokujin and smacks Gaara back down into the forest. He isn't going to evade hands that can react to and intercept Madara's Perfect Susanoo's sword swings.

Gaara wouldnt need a shield for Nativity of the Tree World, he only has to stay above it.

Part 1 Hashirama and Edo Madara's display shows that Jukai Kotan can grow upwards or it can be shot outward, so flying isn't going to work. He gets caught anyway, not to mention Hashirama still has his Mokuton Constructs which will prevent Gaara from getting too high in the sky.

Not really. If he uses Sand Tsunami, he blocks with the Mokuton Hobi no Jutsu, or he straight up plows through it with Jukai Kotan.

Not really. Gaara isn't ever going to get so far in the air that Hashirama can't take out, unless Hashirama stands there and lets him of course.
