I asked a question about Gaara's sealing Pyramid . I typed quickly so the first post was really vague .

Garra needs other person to put seal in the pyramid or even in those sand when he sealed his father.. They had other papers which were used. So, basically it wasn't Garra who sealed them..

You're not missing anything, it's as simple as it looks. Sealing tags are infused with his sand, and anything bound within the sand can be sealed. It doesn't need to be a pyramid to work, but the pyramid helps keep whatever is inside under more pressure, thus increasing it's chance of success.
