ok then....
A is faster than lee and his punches are much more powerful.... basically like the genin fight, except the sand armour is useless....
itachi can simply cast a genjutsu since hes a solitary fighter
sasuke will just speed blitz like A does,his defence is stronger than gaaras,he doesnt really rely on it as much as gaara either
bee simply goes BM and is too strong for the sand , one TBB is more than enough
kabuto can summon muu who was stronger than onoki+gaara
naruto can do what bee could do....or speed blitz....
madara is owning gaara RIGHT NOW no explanation required
and the masked man with or without bijuu?with bijuu i dont need an explanation , without bijuu he can just go intangable and warp away all of gaaras sand , making him useless

out of everyone you listed , only one he can beat is tsunade and his potential doesnt go further than itachi's strength when he died(partially blind)

I disagree with the posters statement, but to say his potential is limited... is ridiculous. He could be one of the top ninja of his generation prob top 3 with Naruto and Sasuke. His abilities are very good.
