Only Enton is non effective because it have travel time unlike Amaterasu.

Gaara is a kage level ninja so with hat power up of the 1 tails he would be much stronger. As wee all know his sand was a lot stronger when he was a Jinchuuriki, I think many forgot that Gaara's sand broke Kimmimaru's hardest bone with the 1 tail's power

Jin Gaara was pretty boss, imagine him sinking people 200 meters down who can't move

. Kimmimaru only escaped due to making a forest of bones and going in the bones and would have won if the CM wasn't killing his body but not everyone can do that to break out.

Also why are some people saying Gaara can't beat Sasuke? PS power is on Bijuu level, it's no where near Kurama's power who with only Yang chakra matched 5 fully powered Bijuus and Madara comared PS power to 1 Bijuu So PS is on Bijuu level but not on the high level of Kurama's who have near limitless chakra. PS sword swinging force? Gaara without being a Jin stopped A's attack which is strong enough to crack susanoo. Add a Bijuu only increase his power.

For the levels before legged Susanoo, Gaara can surround the Susanoo user while they're still in Susanoo and use Sand coffin. Gaara can pull them out of Susanoo too but only did that to Madara because he's Edo so he would heal where as Sasuke wouldn't. Gaara can beat Sasuke, but since they would be on same level, Bijuu level, it all comes down to who has the best advantages such as land scape, reason of winning, ect.

Wrong, PS isn't even equal to 50% Kurama. Madara said "only the bijuu have a power comparable to this." which means 1 Bijuu have the same destructive power of Susanoo

Sasuke is compared to Madara while Naruto is compared to Hashirama. Madara needed 100% Kurama to fight Hashirama and still lost so if PS was equal to 100% Kurama than why did Madara need Kurama? That means he had Kurama x2 the power yet still lost so are you saying Hashirama power is greater than Kurama 100% x2? No. you're wrong but just because Naruto has more power doesn't mean they're not "equals". Both are on Bijuu level and Sasuke has the sharingan to aid him read and predict movements to help him form strategies.

Even the 8 tails said "...the Nine tails is hella strong" while he was hiding in his tails from the blast so you can place Yang kurama over all 9 bijuus even with only halve the power

I would probably scream and jump for joy, my favorite character should have his Bijuu back. Gaara is 11th or 12th strongest character without Shukaku, with Shukaku.. I'd say he'd be #8 or #7.
