TSUNADE AND MIZUKAGE would take this cause Gara weakness is water dont forget that and mizukage can protect tsunade quite well because she is also a long distance fighter as well. When gara use his sand she can use the water to make the sand harder for him to control and tsunade would finish him with her mighty punch and gara would be over. All tsunade and the mizukage have to worry about is Oniki.
