without it is going to be hard and but i say he would win base off the fact that he beat MS sasuke without the 8tailed power and MS sasuke is stronger than gaara

That logic doesn't work in Naruto.

A>B>C logic doesn't work on Naruto.

The logic you are talking about does work in naruto (no offense).

But A>B and B>C so, A>C logic doesn't xd.

Bee has more flexibility because he can manipulate the 8-tails as he wishes and because he can used lightening style jutsus, I believe bee can take garra's "ultimate defense" down since chidori was able to go through garra's defense during the chunnin exams in part 1

Kazekage Gaara will win this battle. He has too much sand and can launch a sand tsunami and killer bee cannot dodge this. Then Gaara can control the battle, he can bury Bee or crush him,etc.

But can't bee turn into 8-tails and use tailed beast bomb and he still would be able to fight since it doesn't seem to affect their chakra level by that much as seen as when 4-tails kyubbi used it against orochimaru and didn't look tired at all and when bee used it against sasuke when taka (sasuke's group name during the time) tried to capture him.
