you guys all mei can do is spit lava and boil stuff lol she can't use the second KG in an open area, so that means in a real fight she only has one KG, and that with no taijutsu and no genjutsu, and no summonings all she can do is spit lava lol She's the weakest kage, with a good ability

You seem to forget one of her kekkei genkai the boil/vapour style began to melt susanoo where Gaara and 3 others didn't dent susanoo .Also she can use the boil/vapour style in open areas if she wanted but CHOOSES not to [so far].
Her lava style is a very powerful offence jutsu even said by Madara himself, if you get touched by it you die plus spitting the lava out in a wide range makes it very hard to get out of the way in time.
There is also no prove she isn't good at taijutsu, genjutsu or has any summonings since she is rarely seen fighting.

Gaara is very strong, even tho he's no longer a Jinchuuriki. But of the current kages, while he's become wiser beyond his years, tho it can also be said to be youthful idealism thus at first made him better than the other kages as far as envisioning and leading towards true peace and cooperation...he's certainly not the second strongest. I'd say at best he's on par with the Tsuchikage right now

You comment just contradicts itself again if she can melt susanoo in a closed area she can do it on a open field, her jutsu didn't stop working just because it's in a open field plus she has other justus to use like fire, water and earth styles
