Gaara is Itachi's Worst Match Up(Read)

Its because he helped seal the 2nd and again he helped pull madara out of susano, now he is being overrated. Tbh im not surprised, thats what happened when km naruto gained abit of feat in this war.

Naruto fanboys started coming up with crazy assumptions.

Actually its simply because he countered Susanoo that I made this thread, up until that chapter that has being the only thing standing in his way of beating Itachi.

Anyway im not downgrading his victory, i just find it a tard annoying when an inferior characters gain abit of battle feat then folks start making threads about them vs another character who gaara isnt in the same league as

Gaara is somehow immune to genjutsu now? Gaara can't fly really, he can only levitate using sand, so you know he isn't going anywhere fast on that cloud of sand. So the Totsuka sword could easily seal him while he is just standing there. Because I don't know if you have noticed but Gaara doesn't really move when he fights.

Secondly he can't pull Itachi out of Susanoo, that was possible ONLY because of Onoki.

Third, where are you getting this idea that Itachi's genjutsu is short range? It's only limitations are your eyesight, as he can catch you in it just by you looking at him. So if Gaara can see Itachi, he can get caught in his genjutsu.


So hopefully my point is made. Gaara never moves when he fights, and he definitely does not have the capabilities to move quickly while on his sand cloud. Also if he can see Itachi he can get caught in a genjutsu. So your points are all moot and Gaara still loses.

By the way, I am really hating this underrating of Itachi going on. He is top 10 material easy and most likely top 5. Nagato - Itachi - Minato are in a class of their own, with only Tobi and Edo Madara surpassing them and Naruto and Sasuke not far behind.

Alright I checked, it's short range. But comon now, do you really expect Itachi to sit back and get recked by Garra from afar? Also your assuming Gaara would move away from Itachi if he charged him, without prior knowledge Gaara would raise his shield and hold his ground if Itachi charged, Itachi would then nail him with a genjutsu and Gaara would be done

How would Itachi use genjutsu on Gaara if you said Gaara locked himself in his shield? That's what Gaara do.

Itachi doesnt need susano to beat gaara. Come on now. Also as you saw onoki helped with the extraction of madara

Imma say this again, Itachi's genjutsu is activated by looking at some part of his body. So if you can see him then you can get caught in it. Logic

He said he could fly faster than Onoki? That is some BS. I think that is why Onoki went and not Gaara, because he is faster, secondly have you seen gaara fight? Everytime he just sits back and moves his sand, he is not fast enough to dodge the Totsuka sword.

And Gaara can't pull out Itachi from his Susanoo. Possibly with Onoki, but who knows?

RockLee would easily fall to his genjutsu, Gai too. Bee has a decent chance. KM Naruto has a chance too. Oonoki, nah, I think he'll put up a fight, but then his back would give out, and itachi would come in for the kill.
