Gaara in desert vs itachi ( alive )

Once again, Sasuke's actions in the manga lean to him having no knowledge of sharingan users or Itachi on that matter.... he walked right up to Sasuke while making eye contact, and so did his both suna siblings.... Onooki had to warn him that Madara has strong genjutsu and not to look into his eyes... However, that warning does not apply to ALL sharingan users.... he was warned about Madara.. not all sharingan users... just like naruto was warned against Itachi and went on to look at Sasuke..

There is nothing what so ever in the manga that suggests that Gaara has knowledge of anything uchiha related.. You're debating simply based on your wishful thinking that because he's a newly made "kage" he automatically has knowledge of everything in the world... Try again?

i am just gonna say this once more,then you can beleive whatever you wish,since gaara looking into itachi's eyes has been the only argument you can pull up for itachi which just shows how screwed up itachi is here.

In the ASF,there exists the shinobi alliance headquaters,where intel is shared,this intel involves the akatsuki,where all intel about the akatsuki they have gathered is shared with eachother. It is painfully obvious that itachi,being a menber of the akatsuki would be among the discussed,and all intel regarding him are shared,just like every other member of the akatsuki.

The fact you think that they skipped itachi for some reasn only you know,is unfanthomable.

With onoki meeting edo deidara,the fact that akatsuki were being revived became obvious,so there is abolutely no reason not to share intel about itachi.

You just use the fact that he looked at sasuke while talking to him as proof that he would do the same while fighting,or that just because gaara knew not to look into the eyes of madara who had a rinnegan,he would just be ignorant,and look at itachi's eyes. Both hold no ground in the least

how many peopel knew abt deidara's weakness to raiton?,sasuke sure as hell didnt tell them. How did kankuro's diviision know abt it?,easy,through sharing of intel, with deidara,with every one they had intel on. So yea,gaara as kazekage who attends the meetings would have intel on the sharingan.

Gaara win.
on desert he's really awesome fighter. flying the air + 3rd eye + shield of sand up to 4-5 times bigger. he'll attack with sand hail. It's true that Itachi can block with his weakest susano but gaara can pull him like he did to madara. If itachi use his strongest susano he will run out of chakra.
Itachi can use his amaterasu, but gaara's shield of sand (4-5X bigger) can block it. While it burn on his shield of sand, gaara can use it as advantage of offense move.

Gaara wins. Only fanbois think itachi ever ever everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr starts any of his fights with MS techs besides susanoo (only if he is firced to).

Gaara is a badd match up for any uchiha not named madara (or has KA). Gaara isnt as stupid as many think he is, he knows how to fight a uchiha, itachi has no clue how to fight a ninja like gaara. Both are Genius (fact of manga), so dont make it seem as though itachi will "outsmart Him". Itachi fans keep getting dumber and dumber i swear!

no kage is suddenly powerless vs genjutsu. and gaaras auto defence will never end just because gaara himself is in genjutsu.

Gaara is 16, never grew up around uchihas, never fought with them really.. knows nothing... only the seasoned ninjas who did battle with them (Onooki, Chiyo etc) knew to not make eye contact.. even konoha jonins and sannin still made it against uchiha opponenets...

gaara is also a kage, more knowledgable than a random cloud jounin like shee who somehow knew heaps about sharingan. hes fought sharingan before

so being able to kai out of genjutsu suddenly is nonexistent?

Only thing Itachi is really famous for is killing the uchiha clan.. other than that , he aimed to not be a famous ninja..

cloud village disagrees. they knew about ammy, and how good itachi was with it. and shikaku knew intimately about itachis genjutsu
