Why is everyone obsessed over Kirin all of a sudden??? No, Gaara cannot block Kirin. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to that conclusion. No one ever said Gaara could block Kirin. Kirin is not Sasuke's only technique, in fact its probably one of his most useless techniques due to the very strict circumstances that must be in place in order for him to use it.

Kirin is very underrated and needs to be hyped up, especially after seeing naruto high up (which should be a foreshadow for Kirin) in the clouds.
