Adding Gaara makes it a rape. Sasuke's vastly superior Susanoo can and will hold down Madara's Susanoo so Gaara can pull him out and Sasuke can smash him into the ground or light him up with Enton Magatama. Gaara is never pulling that off by himself though, cause his sand isn't catching Madara.

2-Attacks, Madara L3 has legs so it has speed and its attacks were enough to pierce through Gaara's sand defense that tanked Deidara biggest bomb besides C0.

L3 is even bigger than Sasuke's.

Size=/= Durability. Size only makes Madara's Susanoo superior to the counterparts of the same exact level. Susanoo's physical attributes get stronger and more armor is added as the levels increase.

Sasuke's V4 has two more layers of armor on it than Madara's level 3. Its two because Final Susanoo gains another layer from EMS, as seen in the change between

one. Madara's Susanoo being bigger isn't going to mean that it has more armor.

Level 3 will always be inferior to level 4.

I wouldn't underestimate Madara.

His (battle/history) intelligence, battle analogy, knowledge of a variety of jutsu's, general skill and raw power is just the best. We've only seen his 1st EMS doujutsu which is the Susano'o. He was then capable of advancing it to a Perfect Susano'o. We have not seen his 2nd, nor 3rd EMS doujutsu ability. He has a deep understanding of the Uchiha Clan, and thus will not hesitate to use it against Sasuke.

Except this is durability, completely different from the bold so whatever point you are trying to make is moot.

Yeah, he'd only need to destroy a smaller amount but it won't change the fact that he'd need a much stronger attack to destroy it than he'd need to destroy Madara's.
