Don't sell Gaara short. I see no reason to think that, Sasuke is stronger than Gaara I will easily admit to that, but Gaara is also one of the few shinobi out there with a great defense against Sasuke's enton. He is one of the stronger of the current Kage, all of whom took turns slapping Sasuke around back when he had MS, and EMS is no miracle upgrade. Give him Rinnegan and THEN I'll say he is out of Gaara's league.

As for Orochimaru, he has a profound weakness to sharingan but we havent seen a healthy, unrestricted Orochimaru fight in ages, I really want to see him in action again !

He also drains much less chakra from using those techniques now than before. In other words, Sasuke is considerably stronger than Gaara.

I admit amaterasu is not a good idea to use against Gaara but susanoo arrow should pierce his defence. I think three will do the trick. The first one will puncture Gaara's sand but will ultimately be stopped. The second one will be used to drive the first susanoo arrow deeper but will be stopped with Gaara's sand armour. The third one will finally kill Gaara.

I know I'd like to see healthy Orochimaru fight seriously for once. Every-time we see Oro fighting, he is not serious and is toying around with his enemies. It is a downer because then he gets his arms sealed and can't use ninjutsu.

Now I think Sasuke will probably win because he can use susanoo for like ten minutes and he didn't show any signs of exhaustion in the Kabuto fight. Also neither Gaara and Orochimaru have the power to destroy susanoo.
Gaara only pulled Madara out because Oonoki made Gaara's sand lighter. Even if Gaara could pull Sasuke out, Sasuke can use chidori nagashi to prevent this from happening.

Orochimaru hasn't really showed any powerful moves capable of busting susanoo but I have an idea for him. What if he uses his wind element to enhance the penetrative powers of his kusanagi blade? The Kusanagi blade was said to penetrate any defence but it failed against four tailed Naruto. Maybe if we are talking about prime Orochimaru with his arms, he can use his wind nature to increase the penetrative properties of his blade thereby slicing susanoo.

As of now I haven't even taken into account Sasuke's own fast and powerful barrage of attacks such as susanoo arrow, susanoo punches, amaterasu/enton, genjutsu, chidori sharp spear, kirin and etc. I just don't see Gaara and Orochimaru being able to best Sasuke so for now I go with Sasuke high difficulty.

What you must remember is that while Sasuke no longer has to worry about going blind from his techniques, the EMS state has never been said to increase his chakra reserves or even make him more "feul-efficient" if that makes sense, I do however agree that Sasuke is much more skilled at using them now (Though really just through practice, not due to the EMS making them more powerful.)

Well if you read here you will know what I was talking about. The fight between Sasuke and Gaara was not 1 VS 1 and Gaara had help from Kankuro, Temari and Darui. Sasuke ran away because he wanted to kill Danzo and didn't want to waste time and energy fighting Gaara. Also Sasuke was more powerful in his fight against Danzo then he was in his fight against Gaara. EMS Sasuke is obviously more powerful than the one that fought Danzo.

Well even Kakashi said that Sasuke's speed with susanoo arrow was too much for him. Although Gaara's reaction skills, along with his siblings is underrated, he still has slower reactions than Kakashi who also has a sharingan to aid him. Gaara won't have the time to use those huge ultimate defences imo but with Oro in the play, Sasuke may have to fight Oro first letting Gaara prepare all sorts of defences. If that happens than Gaara and Oro can eventually win.

Although you can't deny that even after staying around to fight Mei until Zetsu saved him, and staying to viciously fight Ay until Gaara broke it up, it was the face-off with Gaara that finally convinced Sasuke to give up and go straight after Danzo. But you are right he had his own reasons to avoid conflict with Gaara.

B2> This is a very good point about Susano'o arrow's speed, but my first thought on this is that, sharingan aside, Kakashi and Gaara have different methods of reacting to oncoming attacks. For example, in this case, Kakashi sees the arrow coming at him, he cannot block, his only hope of surviving the arrow (excluding Kamui) is to dodge it. Because of this, Kakashi's brain sends the stimulus to his body to GTFO, the Sharingan allows him to do this quite quickly but it is still a full body motion that has to be processed . Gaara on the other hand does not move his body to survive the attack, instead of his brain telling his body to move out of its line of fire, his thought are relayed directly to his sand, telling i to converge on the line of fire of this arrow. Gaara may not be very fast physically, but because he doesnt defend himself with his body, his defense moves naturally faster than someone who is forced to dodg such an attack, I feel like im rambling just a little though.

Moral of this story, Blocking by nature is a quicker action than dodging, especially when your body doesnt have to wait to react to your brain's impulses. This makes it difficult to ompare Gaara' reaction time to that of someone who blocks physically or dodges, like Kakashi.

As for the Kabuto fight, it's true he did use a variety of Jutsu, but IMO it was not nearly as many or as often as his encounter with the Kage, so it still makes sense that he would not be visably fatigued from it.
