flame thrower, water cannon, energy shield, mass kunai bombs, and basically everything that sasori could do with his puppet body.

And kankuro has his other three puppets at his disposal as well.

Not to mention the fact kankuro states that he has surpassed sasori (which is doubtful) but it does mean that he must have improved considerably in order to have that confidence.

Unfotunately, theres almost nothing Haku can do to Gaara. Gaara's first opponent in the forest of death also used a surrounding rain of Senbon needles on him. Crystal Ice Mirrors woud be effective against Kankuro, but it uses a lot of Chakra and Gaara wouldnt even blink from it.

Edit: Sand team could take this even on the great naruto bridge
