Two amaterasu users means prep time for kirin is halved. The 2nd Mizukage's genjutsu can be seen through by the sharingan. Joki Boy is not doing anything to susanoo if Gaara was able to contain the explosion with his sand.
Sasuke's susanoo arrows will pierce Gaara's sand and the same can be said of Itachi's yasaka magatama. Sasuke's blaze release magatamas could also pierce Gaara's defence. Once Gaara's defence is pierced, Sasuke can finish him off with chidori sharp spear.
The 2nd Mizukage isn't that big of a threat to the Uchiha bros.
The Uchiha win this fight mid difficulty.

this is assuming manga knowledge of abilities.
while waiting for uchiha bros to close 45m gap, gaara makes even more sand than there was during the mizukage fight. gaara knows this place has cover too so with no byakugan i doubt theyd see through mizukages genjutsu and beat the clam. you need either byakugan or a powerful sensor.
gaara raises a big pyramid and waits behind it. uchiha bros arrive and find themselves either restrained by ten tons of sand instantly or the sand under their feet begins sinking. they try susano and gaara flings them out. wondering what is going on they attempt to attack but their attacks pass through 2nd mizukage. sasuke checks to see if itachis under genjutsu and finds he isnt. they shit themselves realising they walked into a death trap and are going to die.
