There are two Gaara Bios.

1. Jinchuuriki Gaara
2. Normal Gaara [Can still manipulate sand]

Those restrictions are on Jinchuuriki Gaara. So this bio is acceptable as long as it is not a Jinchuuriki

Since Sir Swordbiter is the only other bio checker on NB his time is limited so some bios can take up to a month. However that guy is clever and sometimes he can finish quickly. Just wait patiently and your bio will be checked and hopefully approved (assuming there are no mistakes). He will let you know if there is anything you need to change however he reserves the right to not tell you. Please don't harass any staff member about getting your bio approved or how long it will take. It is a HUGE no no. Better to ask us fodders about that as we can tell you from experience and help you avoid and infraction.

I am not sure if there are other bio checking mods other than maybe alternative so excuse me for not mentioning them.
