Advantages: It's a big adaptable whirlwind ._.
Disadvantages: this tehcnique is to simple to have a disadvantge .

Alright. I have 2 methods based on how I do training. The first one is I will post 2 or 3 techniques and explain them and then you will perform all of them and tell me about their advantages and disadvantages. I also have another method where I will post 4 techniques and explain them as well, and you will have to rank them from your favorite to your least.

First one is with RP the other one is without it. Which method do you prefer?

(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

A very nice technique indeed, but over everything it is very versatile. You will send chakra towards your dominant arm, and shape a gigantic wind claw, which can reach up to mid range and be controlled like a real limb. This technique would allow you to grab a target, deflect weapons, as well as attacks which can be devastating and very fast. The ways how i would use this technique would be toying with the enemy and bring him in the position which I want. Another one is grabbing the enemy and throwing towards a needed location. The more ideas you have, the better you can use it.

(Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor

Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20 (+10 per turn activated)
Damage points: (40 if opponent comes into direct contact)
Description: Temari will manipulate her wind chakra and create a armor of cutting wind to spin around her body. The armor itself has the capability to deflect incoming projectiles and weapons as well as being capable of fending off taijutsu based attacks and causing damage to enemies who come into direct contact with the wind.
Note: Technique lasts for 3 turns

This technique is one of the most versatile wind techniques. You will control the wind, to move around your body at a very high speed, protecting yourself from many offensive manners. The wind is think and furious enough to block weapons, or projectile attacks like earth projectiles of lower rank, or simple kunai, shuriken and needles. Another good thing is that Taijutsu will be ineffective in most cases and if the enemy lands into contact with you, will will almosyt totally shred his skin. This is a very nice technique with almost endless use-cases.

Alright, I like this, it seems overall the more useful of the two and something I'd use more often.
It's pretty much like a long, retractable arm.

2. (Futon: Kazekama no Yori) - Wind Release: Wind Sickle Armor
While this one is quite useful in it's own right, it is not as much as the other.
I figure this one will be more useful for fights against opponents who specialize in Tai.
It can also deflect/guard again earth jutsu/projectile which Beast tearing can do aswell except Beast tearing can also be used offensively.


Question: Does beast tearing last multiple turns (until canceled) or just one?

The explanation you gave is very little, and it really is not enough for me to continue.

I would want you to redo this set if possible and think more openly about anything. Take the tearing beast palm, why would it be more useful? How can you use it in means of offense, defense? How would you use it in combos. The more you talk, the more I will be sure that you get the technique. Understand that the point of the Sensei/Senpai is make you understand the technique, as for the list of jutsu, I can paste it all here and you learn them instantly.

As for answering your question, the moment that the palm hits or drags matter or attacks of equal rank, it will dissipate as it is just wind. You would need to use it again. But, if it used to guard or block an attack weaker, it will break that attack and continue forward.
