Hello there. I would like you to answer these five questions in detail. Use Wikipedia or any other source of information you need but don't copy and paste. Use your own words.

1. What do you know about wind in real life?
2. What do you know about wind in the Narutoverse?
3. What are the strengths and weaknesses of Fuuton and why?
4. Name 3 KGs that Fuuton is a part of.
5. Explain how the elemental strength and weakness of Fuuton work in regards to jutsu colliding with each other.

If you do not know something at any time, feel free to ask.

In real life air is gaseous substance that have no physical form and is mainly made of oxygen and nitrogen ,wind is basically the movement of the air ,it cab be used for many different things such as creating energy

Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind .Wind is also one of the 5 basic elements in narutoverse ,The user of wind performs it by making the chakra sharp and thin, wind is mostly used offensively but it could also be used in defense ,characters like danzo, darui and baki are able to use wind.Wind can also be
channeled into blades, kunais and shuriken etc ...making the weapons more destructive

Wind is strong against lighting since it disturbs the electrical connections in the element ,wind is weak against fire since it works as a fuel to it,causing the fire to become bigger .
However wind can be used with fire to preform more destructive attacks ,it also works well with water since it makes it more sharper and faster.
KGs that Fuuton is a part of are:ice release, Scorch Release and Magnet Release.

hope that's enough Lol

Alright. Good job. You left out a little so I am just gonna throw some info out there just to reinforce some info and add a little more.

So Wind > Lightning - This means that a C-Rank Wind Jutsu is equal to a B-Rank Lightning jutsu in battle. Or when a B-Rank of both collide, the Wind continues as a C-Rank. Make sense?

And Fire > Wind - This means just like the other that a B-Rank Wind Jutsu is equal to a C-Rank Fire Jutsu. Or as I said two B-Ranks collide and Fire continues as a C-Rank. Make sense?

It is sort of like each rank up is worth like two of the previous rank. Any questions?

Not exactly, overcomes but neutralize each other. How the elemental strengths and weaknesses happen in our RP, is that they get a 1-rank advantage. So because the B-Rank Lightning and C-Rank Wind collide and are 1 rank difference, they neutralize each other.

Now if B-Rank Wind and B-Rank Lightning collide, the Wind gets a 1-Rank advantage so its like a B-Rank (Wind) vs C-Rank (Lightning) and the Wind would continue on as a C-Rank. Does this make sense? If not I can go into more detail. Also think of it like each rank is worth twice the last rank so 2 B-Rank = 1 A-Rank, 2 D-Rank = 1 C-Rank and so on.
