You missed a key strength which is that the fact that this jutsu covers all ranges of a fight! And a bit more description lol.

Weasel Technique

• Advantage:This jutsu can be used with or without a weapon.It can blow back an opponent leaving him open for further attacks and when the jutsu connects,it even cuts the opponent.
• Disadvantage:As the wind cannot be directed,a skilled ninja could evade the gusts of wind.An opponent can not be pinpointed,makes it hard to touch the enemy.

-First,I gather up my Fuuton chakra in my lungs.As it is in great quantity,I perform the necessary handseals.After doing so,I create a violent gust of slashing wind.I then blow it towards the clone created by Sempai.It moves with great speed,when it makes contact,the clone is cut by the fast moving winds and blown back by its power.Then *poof*

Second jutsu: Fūton: Gōkūhō - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon

• Advantage:Can be directed at a certain point and can also be used to keep the opponent from getting near you.Lets say the opponent wanted to use a close range jutsu,this could be used to keep him out of range.Also good against close range fighters.
• Disadvantage:Can be countered with a stronger Fuuton attack.Not much use against a long range fighter like Deidara who would just stay out of range,high in the air.Could also be dodged if fast enough.

-I start by gathering a huge amount of Fuuton chakra in my lungs.I then blow it all out,towards the clone.As it hits the clone,it is sent back flying,with debris from the ground,around him.The clone hits a tree,and *poof*.

• Advantage:When used in conjuction with Katon:Running Fire and Doton:Earth Corridor,makes a very strong attack.The opponent would practically be stuck in a tunnel with flames coming towards them at high speed.
  
• Disadvantage:When used alone,only blows away an opponent.This could be dodged by fast ninja as they are not trapped and also ninjas that can fly,could easily avoid it.

-First,I perform the Tiger → Snake → Ram handseals.After doing so,I manipulate my Fuuton chakra into creating a huge vortex of wind that spins with great intensity.I then blast it towards the clone created by Sempai.

Second jutsu:Fūton: Jūha Shō- Wind Release: Beast Wave
Strike

• Advantage:It is pretty powerful as it can cut through any material.It sends out waves,in rapid succession,which makes it harder to dodge.
  
• Disadvantage:It is only short range,which means the opponent has to be near you,which also puts you in danger if you fail.

-I start by gathering Fuuton chakra in my right hand,I then swipe my right hand in a straight line,creating a wave of chakra.This wave is crescent shaped,as it travels towards the clone.Upon impact,it cuts the clone in half.

• Advantage:Great use against another Fuuton user,neutralizes their Fuuton attack can help a great deal.Also dividing it,allowing another jutsu to be used shortly after.
  
• Disadvantage:It doesnt do any damage,so its actually just for stopping Fuuton attacks.It is only short range,so the attack must be fairly near to the user,before this jutsu is employed.

How and when:When I am attacked with a Fuuton attack of the same rank,I use this jutsu to neutralize it by dividing it.I then follow it up by using another jutsu to destroy the opponent.

Second Jutsu: Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai- Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

• Advantage:It is a fairly strong attack,as the user can direct the attack in any direction.Thus,the opponent can be hit,while the user stands still.This puts the user in an offensive and defensive position.Does not require alot of chakra.
  
• Disadvantage:Not much of a disadvantage,because it is only C rank,a higher rank Fuuton could overpower it.

How and when:When an opponent tries to attack me,I would perform the required handseal and summon the petals to attack my foe.This keeps my opponent busy,while I can use another jutsu.Also allows me to retreat back.

• Advantage:Its pretty strong,doesnt require handseals to be made.It can be used till mid range,which makes it harder to dodge.
• Disadvantage:Could be blocked with a strong defence.Would not be useful against long range fighters.

How and When:It can be used to blast away an oncoming opponent in close range or against a close range fighter who can easily be caught by the jutsu.Its also pretty fast as it doesnt require handseals,so in close range,the chances of the opponent being hit is high.

Second Jutsu: (Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock
Whirlwind

• Advantage:Lots of help if you are good with swords,as it makes it even stronger.Could be used in conjuction with a Katon jutsu.The wind is guided,making impact a greater chance because there where the sword is swung,there the whirlwind gusts of wind will occur.
• Disadvantage:Range is once again a factor here,as it can't reach long range.There isnt much else I could think of.

How and When:Also in close range,could be an advantage when fighting someone who also has a sword,as the wind could blow him off guard,giving you chance to attack.Also,using a Katon attack first and then this,could increase the range of the Katon.This makes a good combo.

It seems to me that this jutsu primary focus is with the usage of a fan. I honestly don't know what to say considering the fact that it's pretty self explanatory and that it pretty much pushes your opponent back, very typical and average wind technique.

(Futon: Reppuu Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Gale Blast Technique

Now I assume that you don't have a giant fan on your bio. So instead of a fan you'll need to perform 2 handseals to create a generic blast of wind. I suppose it can be used to block certain projectile attacks and what not, but again a generic blast of wind thats being downplayed due to lack of a fan.

How and when:Against an opponent you want to fight at a distance.This jutsu could create that distance and at the same time leave the opponent open.

Second Jutsu: (Futon: Reppuu Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Gale Blast Technique

Advantage:Can be used to block projectiles like kunai and also,like the previous jutsu,send the opponent flying.

Disadvantage:Needs handseals,without a fan,making it slower then it would be with a fan.

How and when:Against an opponent who uses projectiles or in short range to create a gap as stated before.

Third Jutsu: (Futon: Ressenpū) - Wind Release: Violent Whirlwind

Advantage:Requires no handseals and quick to use.

Disadvantage:Could probably be easily evaded ._.

How and when:Against a taijutsu fighter or in close range,where evading is difficult.

Im assuming that you do not have a fan nor a Temari bio, which makes this jutsu kinda meh, because you will need to make use of 4 handseals instead of a flap (thats in the case of having a fan). See what can you tell me about the positives and negatives of not having/having a fan for this jutsu.

Well,as I don't have a Temari bio or a warfan,I wouldn't use this jutsu as it would need 4 handseals.Though the jutsu could be pretty helpful,it actually depends on the situation.If this jutsu were to help me,I would probably use it.Like if I wanted to blow an opponent away,or be cut,I would use it,but using it would hinder my speed as it requires 4 handseals rather than a flap.

XD yeah Bleach is awesome now,can't wait to see Ichigo's new Zanpaktou power xD
