I gather my Fuuton Chakra as i perform the Handseals Tiger → Hare → Dragon, i release the Fuuton Chakra as i manipulate the Air around using my Fuuton Chakra. Cyclone's of petal's begin to form and i send them to attack a nearby tree.

How you would counter it: It's rather hard to counter, but it cant really pierce rock. So i would go underground and surprize-attack the Opponent.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.

Grab out your sword, then infuse said sword with wind chakra, then as you swing it you'll create a powerful whirlwind of gusts.
