:hey: Alright!
1) I would like to learn Fuuton because it is a very versatile element to use in a battle, wind is all around us and can be described as a soothing breeze that breathes life into nature, or a powerful force that will destroy anything in it's path. I find this element interesting and would like to utilize it to it's full potential.
2) Wind's weakness is fire, simply because the fire will only envelop and be augmented by the wind technique used against it.
3) Wind is strong against lighting, because the wind acts as an insulator that weakens the lightning technique.

*I take the leaf and close my eyes to focus as a breeze rolls in. I feel the cool wind and it's presence around the environment and proceed to send my chakra into the leaf, picturing the image of it being cut in half. As I continue to do this, as the breeze suddenly ceases, I hear a faint tearing noise, as the other half of the now cut leaf descends onto the earth beneath me and Nathan-sensei*

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
Gather your futon chakra up, then release it around the loose sand/dust to create a small sandblaster.
*Nods*
*I slow my breathing down slightly, so as to properly feel the air entering and leaving my body. I close my eyes, and begin to gather my futon chakra up steadily, as I open my eyes to execute the move, I release my futon chakra out of my mouth and as a gust of wind expels outwards, the training area becomes littered with scattered sand and dust*

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
Gather your futon chakra in your mouth, then while you're in mid air you are able to change direction by blowing the wind chakra out of your mouth.

*I make my way towards a huge stone that is turned slightly downwards, giving me room to climb on top of it so that I'm now completely looking down upon the training area. Then, I gather my futon chakra into my mouth and prepare to jump off of the stone and as I jump off, I release my futon chakra rapidly below me mid-air, causing me to change direction and shoot up higher into the sky. I then begin to fall towards the Earth once again, "(O_O)" and crash down on my fanny in front of Nathan-sensei.*

The clone, several meters away from me, surrounded by jagged rocks, appears motionless and as I release my futon chakra from my mouth, an enormous stream of wind carries the rocks that are caught by the gust and proceeds to life Nathan-sensei's clone upwards into the air, where the jagged rocks begin to bombard the clone. The clone "poofs" away, as I begin to catch my breath.*

I continue to focus, and reach for a kunai in my pouch, as I wield the kunai it becomes enveloped with the gale on my hands and I then proceed to throw the kunai at a small rock structure, cutting the structure in half.*

An advantage to this technique would be when, for example, the enemy were to be hiding within or behind some sort of structure that the wind infused weapons might be able to penetrate and injure the enemy.
A disadvantage of performing this jutsu would be that the wind infused kunai or shuriken's damage capabilities could be neutralized by some sort of fire technique.

Description: This technique will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.
Grab out a shuriken from your ninja tools pouch, then gather your futon chakra, then release the chakra around the shuriken and throw the shuriken at my clone. You are able to manipulate the tool of your choice in a spinning manner to attack your target.
*I reach for a single shuriken from my ninja tool pouch, and proceed to gather my futon chakra, I then release the chakra around the shuriken. As the wind infused shuriken is rotating, I throw it towards the clone, directing it towards his mid section and as the shuriken makes contact, the clone is precisely cut in half due to the wind element augmenting the shuriken's cutting capabilities.*
An advantage of this jutsu would be similar to that of the jutsu prior to this one, wherein the ninja tool would be able to cut through certain defenses that the enemy might have put up.
A disadvantage would be that the enemy could evade this jutsu just as they could evade any other type of ninja tool.

Quick question on this technique, could you elaborate on what it means by manipulating the blades? Does it mean that you can change the tool's trajectory while it's in the air simply by manipulating the wind chakra surrounding the shuriken?

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
First gather your futon chakra while also doing that perform the hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake, doing this creates a sudden gust of wind, it's scale varies on who is using it.
*I gather my futon chakra steadily and as I'm doing this I perform the hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake, suddenly, a moderately small sized gust of wind blows directed towards a nearby tree, although not quite strong enough to knock down the tree it has clearly been slightly uprooted.*
Advantages of this technique are that user may be able to use this to push the enemy backwards, giving them time to perform a more deadlier jutsu that would have a longer prep time to execute.
Disadvantages are that if a fire technique were to be used against it, the user would be faced with having to deal with a fire technique that has been augmented by the fire that has consumed the wind jutsu. The time it would take to make the hand seals might also be a problem.
