This is Kirabi's format for training we will be using(alter a little). You will be using this format and if you could also post a picture of the jutsu that would be good. Though some might not have pictures and that will be okay.

How the technique is used:
The jutsu alone is not a very powerful jutsu, but it will become more powerful by combining it with other jutsus. In a battle, I would have mostly used this as a defensive technique, to deflect incoming projectiles from the enemy, and as an attack when combined with other techniques.
How to perform it:
I gather a great amount of fuuton chakra in my hands. I then do the three handseals Tiger → Snake → Ram, and release the fuuton vortex, aim it at your clone, and make the clone go *poff* and dissapear.
