How Would You Perform The Technique In Battle: Sasuke performs the Tiger → Snake → Ram handseals and releases a blast of wind from his mouth. The jutsu picks up wind from the atmosphere to form a massive vortex.

How Will You Use The Technique Offensively:

• First, I would trap the opponent using Earth Release: Earth Corridor and use this jutsu to send a massive vortex of wind towards the opponent.
• If used in conjuction with a fire tech, it forms a massive inferno of flames, which is fast moving and unusual unlike other wind blasts.
• Once, the opponent is distracted and confused, I would use a long range ninjutsu to finish him off.

How Can You Defend Against The Tech:

• And, again, an equal ranked Katon jutsu overpowers it, because C Rank Katon>=C Rank Wind.

Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. How Will You Perform The Technique In Battle: Sasuke deeply focuses on his Wind Chakra and slowly builds it up. He summons it in his right hand. He swipes a slicing chakra wave, deeply controlling it with his thoughts and will power. Eventually, he builds up to three crescent shaped blades of wind.

How Will You Use The Technique Offensively:

• I will gather Raiton chakra after I've gathered Wind Chakra in my right hand. This makes the attack very destructive, as the attack would both slash and numb the opponent.
• When in short range, I would use the attack with three Wind Blades in quick succession, so as to give the opponent no time to defend or avoid the attack(also it covers most of the opponent's range).
  • When the opponent is weakened, I would quickly use Katon to finish him off.

How Can You Defend Against The Tech:

• By using a very strong Katon tech.

A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.



This jutsu has no offensive capabilities. It simply a defense against pure wind jutsu of the same or lower rank. It simply utilizes the users wind chakra to attack the opponents wind jutsu and cut the technique is half and cause the wind inside of the opponents jutsu to move in two separate directions. When the wind moves in two separate directions it'll cause the blast to lose its momentum as it loses its rotation and speed and cause the wind jutsu to disperse. This jutsu will never be used offensively so there is no real way to defend, and defensively its just used to cancel out other wind techniques of same or equal power. I would personally use a stronger wind jutsu or a stronger fire jutsu instead of this one. I find no real use.


(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.


This technique uses three hand seals and summons a cyclone of petals. The ninja then focuses his wind chakra around the petals and creates a vortex in which all the petals are captured and wraps the cyclone in sakura petals. The technique is very versatile as it can be altered from spot to spot to prevent the opponent from just running away. The technique can even be increased in strength to make it stronger than regular C-rank wind jutsu. I find the technique very flamboyant and extravagant. I would personally use this technique just because of the sakura petals. If you want to be known as a finesse RPer then techniques such as these can be trademarks. To guard against it use a wide range fire technique because small techniques can be avoided if you wish to move the cyclone. Offensively, you can use it in one spot or better yet on the move to attack you opponent with the versatile cyclone while preparing for other attack.

• Acts as a prep for a KO.
  • Can be increased in strength, hence making it pretty strong for a C-Ranked tech.
  • Trademark attack for a fine RP'er.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.


This is a more advanced version of channeling wind chakra into a projectile or sword. The process starts out the same. The user will focus large amounts of wind chakra into their sword, and evenly spread the chakra along the edge of the blade. After this the technique gets more advanced. When the user swings the sword, the user also releases the wind chakra in the edge during the course of the swing so that the wind is released from the blade and becomes a whirlwind of sharp fine gusts that follow the path of the swing. This is a good technique to increase the cutting power of your technique, or to follow up behind a fire jutsu since this one doesn't require hand seals. I like this technique as because you are simply charging your sword with wind chakra, it can be used to greatly enhance your free form sword usage. Defending against it isn't very hard, using a stronger wind jutsu or fire jutsu to block the gusts is always an option. Moving out of the the gusts path would also work. Defending depends on how masterfully your opponent uses this technique.

How Would You Perform The Technique In Battle: (Rather than referring to the third person, from now on I'll refer to first person, if that's okay with you Sensei)I build up Fuuton chakra in my stomach and proceed it to make it very thin and sharp. I channel my produced chakra towards my mouth, wherein, I release it in the form of a wave.

How Will You Use The Technique Offensively:

• Offensive uses are basically slashing at the opponent.
• Combining it with Fuuton:Kamaitachi No Jutsu, would increase the cutting power by 2x and the slashes induced would be massive.
• Channeling the specific thin chakra into bladed weapons may increase their cutting power.

How Can You Defend Against The Tech:

• A simple Earth Wall or Water Wall, easily blocks the attack
• Another counter is to use an equal ranked Katon tech.
• Last, but not the least, a strong wave/vortex of wind can render the cutting attack useless.

How Would You Perform The Technique In Battle: I build up Fuuton chakra in my stomach, in very large amounts. I channel it through my hand into my sword, carefully taking note to evenly coat it on the edges. Then, I proceed to slash my sword, in sync with the channeled chakra, as the swinging action of the sword creates some wind. Slowly, they turn into fine gusts of wind.

How Will You Use The Technique Offensively:

• Main offensive uses are raw cutting power.
• If properly used, the sword's cutting power increases manifold, and also creates huge gusts of wind.
• Adding a quick Katon tech with no handseals to it, makes it a vortex of fire which severely burns the opponent

How Can You Defend Against The Tech:

• Quite simple: Using a large wave of water or a strong, sudden gust of wind which covers a wide area can neutralize the tech.

Whether Or Not You Find The Technique Useful Or Interesting: It's quite interesting, as it enhances a sword's edges making it sharper and gives it raw cutting power. A master of Kenjutsu could have a big advantage over his opponent if the jutsu is used perfectly.

A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.


Ignore all the fan description as most people don't carry fans, and I don't carry a fan in my bio either. I find it to be a cool technique but basic at its core. After doing 2 hand seals, the user will shape wind chakra in their mouth into the form of a disc and release it. The technique can essentially be used as a mid range saw to cut objects before they get close to you. You can use it to cut earth jutsu or to cut through lightning blasts. The disk could be even be enhanced with fire to make it a dual element combo. Guarding against it is similar to other wind projectile type attacks, fire jutsu or stronger wind. Even a stronger lightning jutsu to cancel out both techniques would work if you feel the need to finesse.


(Futon: Joushou Arashi Kabe no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Rising Tempest Wall Technique

For ninja who don't use a fan in their bio, the technique involves channeling chakra in your lungs then releasing a wind blast. The technique doesn't require any hand seals, and is a simple blast of wind. The blast of wind can be used to knock your opponent back, but it won't cause great cutting damage to them, this technique is more of a blunt wind blast. The wind blast can be used to push projectiles away as well. Since it doesn't require hand seals its is good technique to use will attacking your opponent with taijutsu. Keep in mind that it is only short range. You can easily avoid it by moving out of range, or by creating a wall to absorb the impact of the wind blast. Fire or stronger wind works as usual.

Another fan technique, but for non fan users it requires 2 hand seals. The technique essentially achieves the same result as the one I just explained above. The only difference is that this one can reach up to mid range. If you are in close range, use the one above for a more sudden assault, while if you are in mid range you must pay the cost of performing 2 hand seals for extending the range. Both techniques are the same in their offensive capabilities and defensive strategies, but should be used for different situations.

Description: The user gushes a powerful stream of wind from their mouth towards their enemy.


This technique is useful because it requires no hand seals, but at the same time it is only C-rank. In exchange for power, you get the element of surprise with the use of this technique. It simply involves focusing wind chakra in your lungs then moving the wind chakra to your mouth and releasing it in a stream. To maintain the stream of wind, you will need to release the wind chakra evenly. If you do not release the wind chakra evenly, then the technique will simply become a blast. Since the technique is a stream it can cover a larger range as you can move your head to direct the stream toward different locations. The technique can be used to speed up projectiles or by using it to power up a fire blast from behind. The fire blast will be pushed forward faster and become a dual element combo. Defending against the technique is simply, because it is a stream, use a fire technique that is like a blast so that you can over power the stream and cause the opponent to stop the jutsu, and will force him to guard your fire.

• Directing the attack at different locations, gives the opponent, a lesser chance to evade/escape it.
• Combining the attack with a fire attack, fuels it, makes it faster and sets several locations on fire, which burn with even intensity.

How Can You Defend Against The Tech:

• By simply moving out of range, by going into mid-air by targeting Fuuton chakra on the ground.
• A larger fire technique, which is like a blast, can overpower the stream of wind.
• A large enough Water wave can easily overwhelm the stream too.

Whether Or Not You Find This Technique Useful Or Interesting: I do find it interesting, because:

• Renders weapons useful.
• Excellent in combos
• Gives the enemy lesser chance to avoid/block the attack.
• Requires no hand seals.
