(Fūton Kihon Jutsu) Wind Release Basic Technique
Technique Performance: Gathers my chakra and molds it into wind release chakra, then proceeds to release the wind chakra and adds nature manipulation to transform it into actual wind, i then release the wind as a small wind blast or small stream
Advantages: it can be used to blow weapons when they're tiny nd too much to dodge
Disadvantage: it can damage limbs if care is not taken
