"Rebekah, its been some time."Sitting on a rock, Rebekah stares at the moon. The night breeze feels delicate and nice. She waits while softly humming.
"I will explain the techniques briefly, and you need only to analyze it further and ask any questions related to it."A seal itself is like a dish with 6 main ingredients that come together to form it. The main object which is being sealed, the vessel it is sealed in, a trigger which initiates the seal, the object used to bind the target, chakra used to fuel the seal, and finally a key to release the seal. It sounds more complex than it really is. In practice, most of these are relatively simple.
Then, we move onto practical applications of seals. By sealing weapons, they can be more easily and quickly accessed during battle. For example, it'd be simpler to tap my wrist to summon a sword, than to draw it from my side. This can add an element of surprise to your battles, making it difficult for someone to react. You can also seal bodies, for easy storage after killing an opponent. You can seal incoming techniques, you can seal explosions and release them as the opponent nears, you can seal skills of the opponent, his chakra, limbs, etc. The possibilities are almost endless.
"The technique in itself senses movement, so if you move within the barrier, you will be sensed. I believe this was the general consensus concerning that technique. Furthermore, yes, it potentially lasts until it is triggered.""So, this technique creates a dome type barrier in which has the user in the center of it. It can expand up to mid range and inside of it, the user will be able to detect anything that moves. I think that this is very helpful for if the enemy is invisible some how or if a blockage has blocked your view of them. Because I'm of the Enochian clan and have an ability that blends my body into the NE around us and I go invisible, would they be able to detect even that? I think this could be a very helpful technique, in situations where the enemy tries to surprise you out of no where. The technique also states 'anything' inside the barrier, meaning surprise/invisible attacks can be sensed and dodged! Which I think is really cool."
Rebekah moves onto the next one, "This jutsu involves creating a trap in which the seals can only be displayed in an certain area at short range, in which the enemy can step over or trip on and detonate it. This technique doesn't taste that good to me, simply because it can be avoided in many ways. Especially in a casual, nonchalant way, such as the opponent mentioning that they just simply take a turn or don't go down that path. But maybe if the opponent is in short range of you, it could work to trip them up, or force them back. Maybe like a defensive mechanism to where they cant get close to you using that specific path until it is destroyed or avoided. Does this last until it is broken? So potentially a whole battle?"
Rebekah un-pretzels her legs and stretches them out, sitting on the ground still.
"Yeah, Fuuinjutsu is really a skill that can be highly useful..if you know what you're doing. Nonetheless, let us move on.""For the first technique, the user will infuse their chakra into a currently active barrier to cause it to void out and cancel. The user must have physical contact with the barrier to do so and it only works up to B rankings. The barrier then shatters. I think that this technique can be very useful, for as long as the barrier's sides and surface isn't super far away from the user, for them to touch. I dislike how the user must touch the barrier, but with such a powerful technique, the limitation serves it's justice." Rebekah says to Sasuke.
Then she goes on to evaluate the second technique, "I really like this technique. It can create a barrier around a weapon or surface, protecting it. This seems super useful as it can add another level of defesnse to something, forcing the opponent to use a higher level attack to successfully take out the object/weapon. I could see myself using the technique, therefore I take a liking to it."
