I'll give you the advantage of going first since I am the senior RPer here. Also Admin(s) have given out multiple permissions for fuuinjutsu training so that's why there's so many threads.

Okay ^_^
I start off by making a single hand seal causing a dragon of water to erupt out of the left to your side. It shoots at you causing you to turn your attention towards it. While this happens I remove three kunai with exploding tags and throw them, one directly at you, one to the opposite side of you as the dragon and one short of you. I then finish by using another single hand seal to create two shadow clones at my sides who immediately disperse. One runs to my right, the other runs to the left and hops on the lake.

As I see you making the one handseal and creating the dragon I notice the surface of lake shoot at me I repeat tiger handseal while keeping my right eye still locked at you, shooting out:

hmm I guess I'll use water and lightning.
I'm not sure if you made more needles to attack me after the kunai were blocked but even if you did the explosions would blow the needles off course. As the kunai with the tags explode they create a smoke screen between us that masks the creation of my clones. Because of this you have no way of knowing which one of us is the real me as we spread out. The one that ran to the right cuts in and begins to run in a straight line at you while the one to your left creates a thick mist over the battlefield and I make it rain.

When you stomp on the ground and begin to spew fire into the tunnel the rain senses that something is being spit into the ground and I feel the ground begin to rumble and assume something will be coming from below me so I use:

Your rain wouldn't sense anything due the fact that the raindrops would turn into steam and not touch anything solid. The water around you would straight guide electricity at you due the rain, water you created from your hand and due the mist that you made.

The water wouldn't instantly vaporize from the flames. Its not a light drizzle, its pretty heavy rain. Some of the drops would without a doubt make contact with the fire.
What water around me? The mist? The rain? If the mist did conduct electricity, which it doesn't, it would hit you as well. And for the rain, if rain conducted electricity like that thunderstorms would be much more deadly. O_O
And I stopped the water technique before the lightning made contact with it, but I still get propelled back a little bit after cancelling it due to my momentum. I would be out of its range.
Meh. I'll just make your move instead of arguing about how your move is valid or not. I'd still want to point out the speed of lightning and fact that it was triggered almost at the same time as lava would reach you

Well the technique isn't as fast as a bolt of lightning, that would make it as powerful as Kirin, even more so since it doesn't require the set up. It would just be like a normal lightning technique from above. And also by the time the lava reaches me I'm already pushed back.
