Going by this, I can also put down that Bolt can:

- Use Rikudou Sage Mode in a similar fashion like how Ashura blossomed his powers.
- Body Flicker along with FTG given Naruto's access to the scrolls.
- Wind Style, since Naruto has a strong affinity towards it.
- Pass down Tailed Beast power, since more evidence suggest that its possible.
- Toad Sage techniques since Bolt is now in direct relations with the toads.
- Rasengan and their variations, including FRS.
- Shadow Clones and Fuinjutsu.

But no evidence supporting that he can 100% do this. Plus,
