So far, we have yet to see Sasuke's true ems powers. Also, he just recently obtained ems, so he is far from reaching his full potential. Thus, it will take time for him to reach the height of his capability with ems, and when he does, I think he will definitely be far stronger than prime Madara IMO (Don't get me wrong, I dont mean to bash down any madara fans but I'm just saying, I love Madara myself).
My reasons are:
-Madara has good defense (Perfect susanoo) but lacks powerful offensive moves).
1. they both have ems & susanoo, but sasuke on the other hand has MORE ems powers (Tsukyomi, Amaterasu, susanoo, and Enton), while Madara just have susanoo (well, at least cuz he hasn't showed us any other powers yet, I think he may have tsukyomi but denitely NOT amaterasu). Remember that tsukyomi is ult genjutsu, amaterasu is ult attak, and susanoo is ult defense. Hence, Madara lacks ultimate attack without amaterasu.
2. In term of Perfect susanoo. I'm pretty sure that sasuke will get it eventually (in order to match with naruto's BIjumode), and his PS will be stronger than madara's cuz it will have Amterasu and enton powers in conjuction to its might.
3. Besides dojutsu, sasuke is skilled with 2 nature transformations (fire & lightning), while Madara has only been shown to have only fire element. Thus sasuke has a larger arsenal of attacks and tactics.
4. In the last few chapter during Sasuke's meeting with the edo hokages, He showed that he can choose to switch from MS to EMS and vice versa. This is Kishi telling us that sasuke can now continue to train & develope his own MS further without limits and will eventually get very powerful. And once he brings his ms to another level, he'll move on to EMS and become super powerful.
5. Sasuke awakened his Sharingan with "1" tamoe at age of like 5 (during uchiha masecre) While Madara didn't awake "1" tamoe until around age 8 (shown in recent chapter when madara revealed his sharingan to hashi). At the age of 8, Sasuke has already awakened 2 tamoes and soon 3 during the valley of end fight with naruto.
6. Sasuke is called a genius who's always been looked up and chased by naruto. While Madara looks up and chases after the genius Hashirama.
7. Sasuke learned chidori (an A rank technigue at age 8) While madara only fought with swords, rocks, and typical katon jutsus. (Thus we can imagine that 8 year old sasuke can probably kill 8 year old madara, with chidori and all that).
In conclusion, Sasuke will surpass and become superior to prime Madara.
