8th Hokage after Naruto retires = Konohamaru
9th Hokage after Konohamaru retires = Sarada

Don't know why people want Shikamaru to be hokage. He doesn't want to be Hokage. The next Hokage is Konohamaru, then Sarada.

If Naruto dies he would be Hokage. He knows its what Naruto would have wanted plus he will be closer to his family to protect them. Basically I know Sasuke wants to protect them only reason he is outside of the village is becuz Naruto is in the village protecting all of them and he trust Naruto to handle it.

Konohamaru will probably not be a Hokage. If the plot is going to be consistent, Sarada will be the next one. Naruto is still very young, there is still too much time left for him as the Hokage.

Or Konohamaru turns to be Hokage in the future, but gets killed and Sarada replaces him. It can only go these two ways.

Konohamaru is only 5 years younger than Naruto. Him being the Hokage after Naruto's retirement makes no sense at all, since them both will be about the same age when it happens.
