So I've made a few theories like this before, drawing comparisons between the Heart Pirates and the Whitebeard Pirates in an attempt to predict who they might recruit in future.
Some basic similarities:
Both crews seem to have marks or tattoos to symbolize their membership and comradeship:
Although it is not confirmed that Laws crew all have tattoos, it is highly likely. Both crews having a tattoo like this could show that these crews will play similar roles in the story in relation to their Pirate King counterparts: The Strawhats and the Roger Pirates.
So we know that Law and Whitebeard both rivaled/rival Luffy and Roger in strength, and even have similar kinds of fighting styles and powers themselves. For example: Both captains use a weapon to accentuate and enhance their fighting capabilities and even amalgamate their Devil Fruit power with their weapons. Their Devil Fruits are both insanely overpowered in comparison to the Gomu Gomu no Mi, and both have incredibly destructive capabilities:
There are also similarities shared between current members of the Heart Pirates and the Whitebeard Commanders
Jean Bart - Jozu
-Both are of a very similar build
-As far as we know they both fight using brute strength and an incredible defense
-Both are the Helmsmen of their ships
Bepo - Jiru and Namur
-Both appear to be Minkmen
-Prominent in speed and agility
-Fight in close combat
-Namur and Bepo have very similar/identical fighting styles
We do not know enough about Penguin and Shachi to draw comparisons, however, based on appearances alone they look like they could parallel Curiel and Kingdew respectively.
Some other characters that share similarities with Commanders (and those whom I think will join the Heart Pirates):
Kin'emon - Vista/Fossa
-Kin'emon and Fossa both wield Flame-Swords
-Kin'emon is a dual wielder like Vista
-Kin'emon and Vista would both be significantly stronger members of their crews (should Kin join Law)
-Kin'emon and Fossa share a similar attitude towards "being a man/manly"
Momonosuke - Marco
- Their hair is the polar opposite in both colour and where they are shaved (Marco - Sides, Momo - Top)
- Both have Mythical Zoans
- Momo is currently undeveloped (partly due to age) and being thrown into such an environment so young could help him grow into a monster
- His lack of development could allow Oda to draw further similarities/polarities in future
Kanjuro - Izo
- We don't know much about either but they are both cross-dressers (using Makeup)
Baby 5 - Blamenco and Haruta
- Both have weapons "inside them" (her Devil Fruit and his weird storage pockets (containing weapons such as his giant mallet)
- Harutas gender is not confirmed, but it sounds like a woman, the only female commander and potentially the only female member of the Heart pirates (if she joins)
Buffalo - Atmos
- Atmos has a Buffalo Theme
- Buffalo has a fighter-plane theme (Atmos Brewstar F2A)
- Again, like with Jozu and Jean, they have very similar builds and sizes
Buffalo and Baby 5 are also childhood friends with Law, also, (Buffalo already has a tattoo (on his TEETH!?) which could easily be changed to a Heart Pirate Jolly Roger) they seemed to know Law very well when interrogating him with Doflamingo

Monet - Ace
- Lesser Logias to Hie Hie and Magu Magu no Mi's
- Polar opposite Devil Fruits
- Is Monet Alive? :
