Yeah, I've had trouble describing this jutsu but that is what I wanted. The tornado would smash into your target and push him back away from you. Also, if you have a clone or partner in battle, it is a good jutsu to combine with a fire stream jutsu.

I Start performing five handseals and then I Start turning up my wind chakra 74%.. As I'm doing so I See the attack come towards me then I Form a thin sharp layer of futon chakra around my palm and slice your attack in half.* After the attack cuts in half i focus on the right portion of the attack and reach my hand out controling your previous attack and making it do a 180 degree turn sending it right back towards you* While the attack is on a collision course towards you * I Place my palm forward sending raw wind chakra towards the attack amplyifing the speed and power of your attack.

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.
Release your wind chakra onto the ground in front of you and use it to pick up dirt, dust and other fine particles to create a strong dust strom. Use this dust storm to push my clone back away from you as he runs straight at you.
This jutsu has two purposes, one I have already suggested to you (pushing things/people away) what do you think the other it? Think along the lines of what the dust/sand/dirt in the jutsu is for and what it does...
