I remain in my pose and remain concentrating. Then I start feeling gusts of wind trying to knock me off the bird Jokey made. I then try and focus and feel the wind rather then giving importance to the gusts of wind trying to knock me down. I breath in and out, in and out while concentrating trying to not open my eyes as Jokey sensei said. Then I say to myself Damn this is rough come on I can't give up not now. I then start to feel the gusts getting stronger and stronger and I begin to loose concentration "No not now" I then focus again and await what happens.
